These Terms and Conditions govern all quotations, orders, sales, and business transactions with Vishwanath Technocast. By placing an order with us, the customer agrees to accept and be bound by these terms.

All quotations provided by the company are valid for the period mentioned in the quotation. Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless confirmed in writing. An order shall be considered confirmed only after written acceptance by the company. Any changes or cancellations to confirmed orders must be mutually agreed upon in writing.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, freight, packing, and insurance unless specifically stated otherwise. Any increase in statutory taxes or government levies after order confirmation shall be borne by the customer.

Payment terms shall be as agreed upon in the quotation or invoice. In case of delayed payment, the company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts and may withhold dispatch of goods until outstanding payments are cleared.

Delivery timelines are approximate and depend on production schedules and availability of raw materials. The company shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control. The risk and responsibility for the goods pass to the customer upon dispatch from our facility.

Customers are required to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. Any claims regarding shortages, defects, or damages must be made in writing within a reasonable time from delivery. Failure to notify the company within this period shall be treated as acceptance of the goods.

The company ensures that products conform to the agreed specifications. However, minor variations in weight, dimensions, or surface finish inherent to the casting process shall not be considered defects. Any specific testing or inspection requirements must be communicated at the time of order placement.

The company warrants that its products are free from manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper handling, installation, modification, misuse, or negligence. The company’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective products.

Under no circumstances shall the company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The total liability of the company shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied under the respective order.

The company shall not be responsible for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, supply shortages, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

All designs, drawings, patterns, and technical documents provided by the company remain its property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary and commercial information shared during the course of business.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat. The company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and updated terms shall apply to future transactions.
